It provides an opportunity to deepen self-awareness, cultivate self-compassion, and develop healthier ways of managing distress. Through this process, you can begin to understand yourself more fully and move toward greater emotional balance and well-being.

Together, we will explore your unique story and understand your deepest needs, feelings, and inner world views.

We will identify patterns that maintain distress and suffering in your everyday life and discover new ways to connect with yourself and others.

As your therapist, I’ll walk alongside you through moments of vulnerability and help you move from pain and confusion toward hope, self-awareness, and growth.
